Why is Protecting Yourself and Your Team from Burnout Important Right Now?

In today's fast-paced and rapidly evolving profession, leading a veterinary team remains a prestigious role, but we know that it can be daunting even for the most experienced and well-intentioned leader. What is the Team Burnout Preparedness Program?

This is our program that supports both leaders and their teams! This is our '1-stop-shop' for leaders who want to take massive action in protecting themselves and their veterinary teams from veterinary burnout.  

How Does It Work?

After you've enrolled in the program, you will have 12-months worth of support through each element of the program (see below). Each month, our wellbeing and burnout preparedness experts will meet with you along with other inner circle mastermind leaders to go over some of the most stressful pain points that can arise so that you can discover best practices and what's working. 

In between the months, you'll have actionable steps and resources to support you and bridge the gap of where you are now and where you're going. 

Likewise, each of your team members will have access to the Veterinary Burnout P.R.E.P. Certification Program. This will take some of the pressure off of you and create a sense of shared responsibility for their wellbeing!
