Half-day itineraries will include therapeutic art classes with Katina Palm, wellbeing and mindfulness workshops with RYT 200/ Vet Tech Renee Machel & Dr. Quincy Hawley DVM, group coaching workshops led by Dr. Quincy and Renee, who are both certified personal coaches.
They will help you discover the roadmap to reaching your truth, living in your authentic and highest potential, professionally and personally.
Yoga and Meditation classes will be guided, equipping you with a foundational understanding of both philosophy and physical practice. Facilitating the space for you to connect with peers, to practice these skills under the guidance of trained professionals.
