  • What is one thing you hoped to learn from this course that you didn’t learn?

Book Analysis

The book analysis project is for those who love to read! We have a book list for you to choose from, which you can find here. There are 3 questions that must be answered:

Please tell us the name of the book you choose:

  1. What is your major takeaway from this book?

  2. What is one thing from this book that you would like to share with other veterinary professionals who may be struggling?

  3. What is one change that you will make in your life because of reading this book?

Written/Video/Audio Summary

For this project, you may submit a 3-5 minute audio or video recording of your journey through this certification and discovering the tools and strategies of well-being and burnout.

  4. If someone was on the fence about joining the CVBP program, what would you say to them?

  5. Are you excited about renewing your CVBP/ leveling up your well-being?

  6. What do you want to learn next?

  7. Anything else you would like to share

Alternatively, you can write a 1-page (400-600 words in 12-pt arial font).

Community Project

Are you interested in doing something that would benefit the veterinary community as a whole?

This might be a presentation for your hospital or a group you are affiliated with.

Perhaps you want to start a project that serves other veterinary professionals in your local community or even at the state or national level.

Create Your Own

Is there something you would like to do that you don’t see as an option we’ve listed? You are welcome to create your own project!

Some folks have made a comprehensive well-being plan.

***If you decide to create your own, YOU MUST GET APPROVAL from a Vet Burnout P.R.E.P. admin to get credit.***
