*Checklist for “add the day of” on top of the hospital bag. These are things you use daily like pillows and won’t pack ahead of time. Using a checklist frees up energy mentally and emotionally the day of.

1 pair Jersey pants: Thin, soft, drawstring and elastic, big and comfy
Yoga pants (was wearing a pair)

Ribbed tank top x 2 (wearing one)
Light t-shirt
Zip-up fleece
Cardigan
**(Dark-colored bottoms)
Nursing pads (I was wearing these prior because I was already sensitive)
Telfa pads (with cocount oil)
Gel pads - Ameda then Lanitosh brand
Bra(s) wear one, bring another

Slippers- disposable, slip-on, MUCH larger size (to accommodate for edema!)
Underwear - yes they will provide great mesh ones, but only for a few days, they eventually gave me a rash
1 large towel- believe me you'll want your own towel

Change of clothes, pj's, hoodie, underwear, etc

Coconut oil - I use daily on face, used on nipples post-delivery
