Unlike many organizational wellbeing programs, the Veterinary Burnout P.R.E.P. Certification is earned by the individual — and it stays with them.

Participants retain their CVBP credentials.
Certified team members elevate the culture around them — strengthening communication, morale, and patient care across the whole practice.
Individuals or organizations can upgrade to CVBP II (Level 2) — or maintain an active Level 1 membership to keep access to resources, communities, updates, and ongoing development.

Can I enroll my whole hospital?+

Yes. Team Access is built for exactly this — choose the tier that fits your size and enroll everyone through one streamlined process.

Do certifications expire?+

No. Once earned, the CVBP credential is permanent and stays with the individual. Active access to courses, resources, and community is what renews each year.

Do participants earn their own certification?+

Yes — the certification is earned by and belongs to each individual, so they keep their CVBP credential even if they change roles or practices.

Can we start with a pilot group?+

Yes — just choose the team-size tier that fits your group and enroll. No emails or back-and-forth needed to get started; pick your size and you're ready to go.

Can I add more participant seats later?+

Yes — additional participant seats may be added at a prorated rate. To add seats, email us at [email protected].

How do named participant licenses work?+

Organizational access includes enrollment for up to the number of named participants in your tier. Access links and certifications are assigned individually and are non-transferable.

What is CVBP II (Level 2)?+

CVBP II is the advanced pathway for those who've earned their Level 1 credential — deeper implementation, leadership development, and continuing education that builds on the foundation. Individuals or organizations can step up to Level 2 whenever they're ready, or maintain an active Level 1 membership to keep their resources, communities, and ongoing development.

How does annual renewal work?+

The credential never expires. An active Level 1 membership keeps your team connected to courses, templates, the community, and new content — with simple, transparent renewal.

Is this RACE-approved?+

Select courses within the program are RACE-approved; each course title indicates its approval status so your team always knows what counts.

How long do participants have access?+

Each participant gets 365 days of access to complete the self-paced program, with the flexibility to learn around clinic schedules.

Can I track my team's participation?+

Group progress reports are available at the Enterprise level. Tracking is a manual process that must be requested and set up at the time of enrollment; once active, you can email us to request progress reports for your group.

How do we get started?+

Enroll based on your team size and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with a unique team code and your team rollout guide. Your team members then use that code to create their profiles and begin the courses.
